School song gets backing from Eurythmics star

A school bidding for chart success with their positive song about Tottenham have been backed by Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics who will produce their single.

The music producer was so moved by pupils from Gladesmore Community School and their song to show the positive sign of Tottenham that he decided to create a radio mix of the single called Everybody Dreams.

The announcement comes after Tottenham Hotspur Football gave its support to the track which has also received backing from Mayor of London Boris Johnson, singer Plan B and comedian Ricky Gervais.

This week members of the choir will be performing at the Haringey Olympic Flame Ceremony at Alexander Palace on Wednesday.

The single will be released on iTunes on August 19.
