Haringey Rhinos rugby club to host community fun day

A rugby club will be hosting a family fun day this weekend to help attract new members to its teams.
Haringey Rhinos will host the fun day at White Hart Lane Community Sports Centre, in Wood Green, from 11am to late on Saturday September 1.
The event will include a number of rugby activities including taster sessions for young people, kicking competitions, games of British bulldog and a barbecue and bouncy castle.
The day will also include two rugby matches and later in the evening there will be a karaoke and disco from 7pm.
Also taking place is the launch of the club's new ladies team with a number of taster sessions for girls and woman interested in taking up the sport.
