Families learn about greener travel
People in Crouch End got on their bikes to find out more about greener ways to travel.
Families attended Hornsey Town Hall, in Hatherley Gardens, on Saturday for a Smarter Travel event, hosted by Haringey Council.
People had their bikes checked over by Dr Bike and had them security marked.
Cyclists young and old also had the chance to see how much pedal power they could produce on a bick connected to a food blender.
It was also a chance for people to talk to members of the council’s Smarter Travel team about healthier ways to travel in their area instead of relying cars or public transport.
