"The new supermarket, which will be one of the largest of its kind in London, is 130, 000 sq ft with a sales floor area of 72,000 sq ft"

So of these 250 jobs created, many more will be lost elsewhere. It will of course be less then 250 full time equivalents and it will be 250 low paid jobs.

Other shops and businesses will close.
