Tottenham salon owner fined for failing to have TV Licence

A hair salon owner has been forced to pay £305 in fines and costs because he failed to have a TV Licence for his business.
Ahmet Alagos, owner of Moss Hair and Beauty in High Road, Tottenham, was fined £140 for the offence of using a television without a licence.
He was also ordered to pay £150 in costs and a £15 victim surcharge at a hearing at Highgate Magistrates’ Court on September 19.
When contacted by the Haringey Independent Mr Alagos chose not to comment.
