Nine-year-old in hospital after being hit by vehicle near Ducketts Common

A nine-year-old boy is in hospital after he was hit by a vehicle in Green Lanes.
The collision happened just after 4:20pm on the A105 Green Lanes at Ducketts Common, near Turnpike Lane Station.
The boy was taken to hospital by ambulance and is believed to be in a life threatening condition.
Green Lanes is currently closed in both directions as and bus routes 29, 141, 230 and 341 are all on diversion.
