An appeal has been launched after a nine-year-old boy was hit by a car.

Police were called to the scene of the collision in Green Lanes, at the corner of West Green Road near Ducketts Common, at 4:20pm yesterday afternoon.

A nine-year-old boy was hit by a Toyota Avensis and officers are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen the incident.
