SUPERSTAR Jay Z has revealed plans to perform at Alexandra Palace in November.

The rapper, who recently released his 11th studio album, Blueprint 3, will rock the stage at Alexandra Palace on November 4 for an exclusive one-off gig.

Last month Jay-Z visited Britain to support Coldplay on their massive Stadium shows and played a single show at London’s Roundhouse venue.

The US star, married to R&B singer Beyonce, made headlines last year when he was invited to perform at Glastonbury music festival — one of the few rappers who can claim that honour.

And the star, real name Shawn Carter, is widely accepted as one of the most successful and most influential rappers of all time.

Tickets for the new gig will go on sale this Friday, October 9.

The star is the latest in a string of big names to perform at Alexandra Palace including music legend and icon Morrissey, who will perform the following day on November 5.
