Stortford Swifts 5

Desborough Town 0

IAN HOLLAMBY was in devastating form for Bishop's Stortford Swifts on Saturday, scoring all five goals as they thrashed Desborough Town.

The striker opened his account in the ninth minute as a deep cross from Richard Lowden allowed him to score from the edge of the six-yard box.

The home side forged further ahead on 15 minutes when Hollamby out-jumped his markers to score with a crisp header from Giles Parnwell's corner kick.

Hollamby completed his hat-trick six minutes later as Swifts continued their domination.

The home side went further in front just after the break as Hollamby's shot wrong-footed the Desborough keeper.

The final goal for Swifts and Hollamby came in the 66th minute.

Central defenders Jez Shaw and Pat Jackman hardly put a foot wrong with polished performances in a fine all-round display from the Swifts.
