A HIGHGATE teenager is on a life-support machine in a Greek hospital after contracting swine flu on holiday.
Natasha Newman, 16, whose family lives in Highgate, is now said to be in critical but stable condition.
The schoolgirl was first admitted to hospital on the island of Cephalonia, where she was holidaying, but was airlifted to the Agia Sofia children's hospital as her condition deteriorated.
It is thought she had contracted the virus eight days before seeking help.
Her parents are now at her bedside and are being supported by the Foreign Office.
