Two primary school children will have their anti-litter art painted onto the borough’s street sweeper carts.
Spyros Spyridis, seven, and Rushya Lawrence, 11, have won the art category Veolia’s Art and Prose Litter Competition, in which pupils created either prose or art to educate the public about littering.
Gregory Berrisford Sweet, six, and Daisy Murray, ten, won the prose section, and will have their pieces published on the Veolia Haringey website.
All four children attend St Aidan’s Primary School.
