Exercise while gardening with Green Gym
An innovative gardening exercise group will hold a class today.
Green Gym, run by the Conservation of Volunteers, holds horticultural fitness sessions in the East Hale Allotments every Thursday from 11am to 2pm.
The group was visited by MP David Lammy and businessman Richard Desmond last week.
