Motorcyclists raised more than £2,000 for neglected animals.
The Red Army Riding Club raised the cash for the Animals Charity, Wood Green, which looks after and rehomes abandoned animals.
The bikers collected donations of money and pet food online and then rode to the shelter to deliver the goods.
Club captain Louise Law said the charity had been chosen because the recession was causing more animals to be abandoned.
She said: "In the wake of the recession, apart from the many human sufferers, there are also thousands of wordless especially helpless victims: animals.”
The Animals Charity manager in Wood Green, Caroline Johnson, thanked the group for its “invaluable” support.
