There were reptiles and baby animals galore when a farm visited a shopping centre.

Cute and cuddly creatures and exotic beasts from Brooks Farm descended on The Mall, in Wood Green.

The charity is run by Forest YMCA and is The Mall’s chosen charity for 2015, as part of its ‘mall cares’ campaign.

Brooks farm manager, Meg Wilson, said: “It is fantastic to have so much support from our neighbours at the Mall Wood Green, who have been nothing but kind and supportive throughout the year.”

For a small donation, children were able to get up close and personal with a range of farm animals including guinea pigs and goslings, as well as yellow-bellied turtles and a bearded dragon.

Isaiah Fapuro, Marketing Manager at The Mall Wood Green, said: "Having the Brooks Farm team and all the different animals here in the shopping centre proved to be extremely popular with all the children and families who came along each day during the farm's visit.

“We were thrilled to have such overwhelming support from the community and were pleased to have helped raise money in donations for the farm."
