X FACTOR finalists Miss Frank were controversially sent home last night after finding themselves in the bottom two of the ITV reality show.
Tottenham singer Graziella Affinita, 25, one third of powerhouse girl group, Miss Frank, was visibly upset as she realised the X Factor dream was over after scoring the lowest number of public votes.
Graziella said: "It's all a bit of a mad rush right now but I want to say thank you to all the judges for giving us the opportunity, the lifeline, the love."
Miss Frank had won rave reviews on the night for their Big Band reworking of Sinatra's That's Life but were left in the bottom alongside Danyl Johnson — one of the favourites to win the show.
The shock result left Danyl's mentor Simon Cowell, who had also praised Miss Frank's performance, astounded.
He said: "I have never been so surprised in my life.
"If you [Danyl] are going out after that it is a joke. A total joke."
