Woman in hospital after roof collapses onto street

A woman is in hospital with head injuries after loose masonry fell from a shop roof in Harringay onto the street.

At the time of writing, Topsfield Parade remains closed while ten firefighters use a cherry picker to dislodge the masonry which fell from the building just after 4.15pm.

It is believed the woman suffered minor injuries but was taken to hospital as a precaution.
