Deadline looms for £1.5m council fund applications

Time is running out for people to apply for part of £1.5million of council money.

The One Borough One Future Fund is available to anyone with ideas for the council to better serve the community in Haringey with the deadline for applications this Friday.

Anyone can apply for part of the funding from Haringey Council including councillors, council employees, community groups, local businesses and people living in the area.

Judges will decide on the winning projects which tackle inequality in the borough, deliver changes to services and offer new ways for the council to meet the needs of the community.

The final decision of the projects which will receive the funding will be announced in October this year.
