Woman rescued from flat fire in Tottenham

A woman was rescued from a flat fire in Tottenham yesterday.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 3.20pm to the terraced house which has been converted into flats, in Handsworth Road, Tottenham.
Crews from Tottenham Fire Station had to use breathing apparatus to rescue the woman on the first floor.
The blaze was under control just after 3.45pm and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
