Trial into Tottenham Lawrence Road shooting and stabbing begins at Old Bailey

A trial into a stabbing and shooting in Tottenham which left four men injured began yesterday.

The court heard yesterday that the victims were enjoying an illegal rave in an office block in Lawrence Road where they were attacked by a group of up to dozen people.

The trial, at the Old Bailey, is expected to last ten days.

O’Neil McLeod, 38, of Carterhatch Lane in Enfield, is charged with stabbing a 37-year-old man in Lawrence Road on February 12.

Paul Nicholas Nicolaou, 29, of Risley Avenue, Tottenham and Leon Smith, 31, of Kings Drive, Kent, are charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Antonio Wilson, 31, of Tyndale Court, Hackney, is charged with possession of a firearm and shooting a 38-year-old man who was released from an east London hospital in late February.
