Haringey basking in late summer heat wave

Haringey will be basking in glorious sunshine this weekend in what is being called an ‘Indian Summer’.
According to the Met Office, Saturday should hit a high of 26 degrees Celsius by early afternoon with more of the same on Sunday.
Local ice cream shops and cafés are preparing for what they hope will be a busy weekend as the hot weather will boost business.
Sadly the weather is not due to last.
Monday will see the return of overcast skies, a forty percent chance of rain with temperatures hitting a high of 19 degrees Celsius.
The rest of the coming week will bring more of the same.
