Tottenham Hotspur appear to be one of the many clubs with a reported interest in Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

Spurs will look to strengthen their attacking options in the summer and Lukaku is said to be high on their list, alongside QPR’s Loic Remy and Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez.

Tottenham owner Daniel Levy reportedly put in a bid for Lukaku last summer, offering Emmanuel Adebayor in exchange for the in-demand Belgian.

However, it is expected Tottenham will offer a more serious bid at the end of the current campaign.

The 20-year-old has been on loan at Everton this season, scoring 11 league goals in 24 appearances.

The striker also looks set to feature at the World Cup with Belgium, following his strong season with the sixth placed Toffees.
