Chelsea will sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho this summer, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The 25-year-old Brazilian international only joined Spurs in a £17m deal from Corinthians last summer - a club record at the time - but has struggled to establish himself this term.
Used sparingly by Tim Sherwood after he replaced Andre Villas-Boas, the Sao Paulo-born midfielder could be part of a deal to take Chelsea's highly-rated young Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku to White Hart Lane in return.
Paulinho last month made his dissatisfaction at his lack of appearances clear.
