Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata is being targeted by Spurs after declaring his intention to leave the club, according to the Daily Mail.
Morata, 21, scored eight La Liga goals in 23 appearances for Los Blancos last term but only three outings were as a starter.
The Spanish youth international has grown frustated at a lack of first-team opportunities and is seeking to leave the Bernabeu in search of more regular games.
Madrid head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, said: "The player wants to look for an opportunity where he can play more and the club agrees with this.
"If he leaves it would be good that he would have the chance to play. If Morata goes we have to think about getting a young forward with the same characteristics," the Italian added.
North London rivals Arsenal are also understood to be keen on securing the Madrid-born forward's services.
