Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm has agreed personal terms with Tottenham Hotspur, with Gylfi Sigurdsson undergoing a medical, according to Sky Sports.

Vorm, 30, is part of a deal which will see Sigurdsson return to The Liberty Stadium and Ben Davies move in the opposite direction, with a fee - believed to be £15m - also changing hands.

The Netherlands international has recently returned from the World Cup in Brazil, where he made one substitute appearance in the third/fourth-place play-off against Brazil.

Signed by the Swans from FC Utrecht in 2012, the six foot gloveman has been a model of consistency for the South Wales outfit, making 97 appearances in three seasons with the club.

Nieuwegein-born Vorm has won a total of 15 caps for the Netherlands, with his debut coming against Sweden in 2008.

Iceland playmaker Sigurdsson has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular at White Hart Lane, having joined from Hoffenheim in 2012, making more league appearances from the bench than as a starter.

Sigurdsson, 24, had previously excelled for the Swans during a six-month loan spell in 2012, prompting Tottenham to sign him from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim for £8.8m.
