Haringey Borough snatched a last-gasp 3-2 win at home to Greenhouse London on Saturday.

The victory keeps Boro just one point behind Essex Premier Division leaders Barking with five games in hand.

Jonathan Constant fired the hosts in front before Hamza Sadouk levelled.

Jorge Djassi-Sambu restored Boro’s lead in the second half before James Anderson equalised. But Leroy Griffiths headed home for an injury time winner.

Haringey followed this up by beating Takeley 2-1 in the last-eight of the Essex Senior League Cup on Tuesday night.

Anthony McDonald gave Boro an early lead before Dewayne nodded in a late second for the hosts.

Takeley scored a late consolation but Boro will now face Bowers & Pitsea in the home semi-final on Tuesday, April 28.
