Tottenham Hotspur defender DeAndre Yedlin helped the USA to a 2-0 win over Mexico in the early hours of this morning.
The 21-year-old full-back played the full 90 minutes in front of a sell-out crowd in Texas as Jurgen Klinsmann's side overcame Mexico in a friendly.
Goals from Jordan Morris and Juan Agudelo in the second half were enough to seal the win for the USA, who are next in action in June when they take on the Netherlands and World champions Germany in friendly action.
Yedlin made his Spurs debut in Saturday's defeat by Aston Villa after moving to the Premier League from Seattle Sounders in January.
