Danny Ings reportedly has a straight choice between Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool as to his destination next season.

The Burnley striker, 22, is understood to be on the radar of both sides and The Daily Telegraph claim the England Under-21 cap now has a straight choice between the two clubs.

Ings netted 11 times in 35 Premier League starts for the Clarets last season as they returned to the Championship after just one season in the top flight.

A return of 20 goals in the second tier in 2013/14 had propelled Sean Dyche's men into the Premier League.

Ings is out of contract at Turf Moor but as he is under the age of 24, Burnley would be entitled to compensation.

Spurs have also been linked with Ings' Burnley team-mate, Kieran Trippier.
