Tottenham Hotspur linked with £10 move for Newcastle United's Netherlands keeper Tim Krul

Spurs are preparing to launch a £10m bid for Newcastle keeper Tim Krul, it is claimed.
Harry Redknapp’s side have reportedly been tracking the Dutchman for some time and it is suggested they will make their move once Netherlands’ Euro 2012 campaign ends.
The north London club are thought to regard the 24-year-old as a potential successor to Brad Friedel and are likely to be in the marker for a new keeper this summer, with the American and Carlo Cudicini in the latter stages of their careers, while Heurelho Gomes is expected to leave White Hart Lane.
Krul was a key figure in Alan Pardew’s side finishing fifth in the Premier League last season and has made more than 60 appearances since moving from ADO Den Haag in 2005.
