Tottenham Hotspur set to enter race for French midfielder Yann M’Vila

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in bringing French midfielder Yann M’Vila to White Hart Lane as a possible replacement for Luka Modric.

The Croatian playmaker is still likely to join Real Madrid, despite some reports suggesting that negotiations with the Spanish giants had stalled over the transfer fee.

However, despite some optimism from the Tottenham fans that their player would stay, Andre Villas-Boas has lined up Arsenal target Yann M’Vila to replace him.

The Rennes midfielder has been likened to Patrick Vieira, but has recently found himself in trouble with the French Football Federation after poor behaviour at Euro 2012.
