Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is reportedly the latest Premier League boss to express an interest in Joe Cole.
The midfielder is not being offered a new contract by Chelsea.
West Ham have already expressed their interest in bringing Cole back to Upton Park.
However, Arsenal remain the bookies' favourites for his signature.
