Paul Lemmon rounds-up London Heathside's results: There are a huge number of results to get through this week and I have next to no time in which to publish them so, with apologies to those who had brilliant runs and aren’t going to get specific mentions (of whom there are many), I’m afraid it is results only this week. Apart from those below we also had lots of youngsters running in the mini-marathon trials after our 5 Mile race, but I don’t have those results yet.
