Tottenham are prepared to sell prize asset Gareth Bale to Real Madrid in the summer for £55m, according to reports.

The Welsh winger has been in scintillating form this campaign scoring 14 goals in 29 appearances and has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane at the end of the season.

If Spurs were to accept such a bid, Andre Villas-Boas would be able to invest heavily in his squad but could he find a replacement of Bale's quality?

No No No, SPURS should not sell Bale. Every good team inc Spurs, has a secret-weapon. EG A Ronaldo, a Messi, a Suarez. And Spurs special weapon is Bale. You take Ronaldo, Messi out, the Pull-Attraction is Gone., and the team may lose some winning-edge initiative. Look at arsenal, they need to buy 3 players to replace Van Persie, and the team is playing in patches.
