Rhodes Avenue’s boys’ team celebrated winning the Middlesex Schools Cup at Northwood after beating Breakspear School 2-1 on Wednesday.
It was the first time a Haringey School had reached this stage in 36 years of the competition.
In the final, Breakspear, based in Hillingdon, took the lead through an own goal.
But Rhodes Avenue responded quickly and Sam Vaughan levelled the match.
The tie was heading for extra time but with the last kick of the game, Ewan Vaughan netted Rhodes Avenue’s winner to clinch the trophy.
