Youngsters from Enfield & Haringey Athletics Club shine at Olympic Stadium during Sainsbury's 2012 School Games

Enfield & Haringey Athletics Club trio Chris Kandu, Nnamdi Amadi and Reuben Arthur all performed well in the Sainsbury’s 2012 School Games.

Enfield Grammar School’s Kandu put in a winning display in the high jump, clearing a height of 2.04m to claim the gold medal ahead of a competitive field.

St Ignatius College duo Amadi and Arthur were not able to match the achievement but both competed well to finish admirably.

Arthur scooped a bronze medal in the 100m after stopping the clock in a time of 11.09, while Amadi narrowly missed out on a top three placing, finishing fourth after posting 13.62m in the triple jump.
