Tottenham are expected to face a fight to hold on to Gareth Bale this summer but they may also have to fend off interest in their other winger, Aaron Lennon.
Lennon has scored four goals this season for Spurs, the last of which came against Arsenal at White Hart Lane, and the pacey winger has become integral to the Tottenham team.
Under Andre Villas-Boas, Lennon's work rate has improved and his precision and creativity in the final third has become more accurate.
His form has not gone unnoticed either as reports in the Italian press suggest Inter Milan are monitoring Lennon's situation and considering an £8m bid.
Villas-Boas was believed to be open to the idea of cashing in on Lennon last summer but has been surprised by how much the winger has improved his game this season and would now be loathed to see him leave.
