Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a price of £10m for Swansea City defender Ben Davies, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Davies, 21, has been linked with a move to White Hart Lane throughout the summer, though Liverpool are also understood to be keen on the Welsh international.
New Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino has made left-back a priority this summer and Davies, who only made his Swansea debut in August 2012, tops the Argentine's list.
Neath-born Davies has impressed hugely at the Liberty Stadium, displacing regular left-back Neil Taylor after he recovered from a broken ankle and going on to establish himself as the club's first-choice in the position.
