Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will look to cap an unforgettable year by being crowned the PFA Players' Player of the Year after being included on a six-man shortlist.

Kane has also been included on the PFA Players' Young Player of the Year shortlist, along with Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea), Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool), David de Gea (Manchester United), Eden Hazard (Chelsea) and Raheem Sterling (Liverpool).

The 29-goal striker is nominated along with Chelsea's Diego Costa and Hazard, Coutinho, de Gea and Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez for the main award.

Kane has enjoyed a barely believable breakthrough season, scoring 29 times for Spurs in all competitions and netting his first England goal within two minutes of his international debut.

The Leytonstone-born hitman has grabbed 34 goals this season for club and country.
