TOTTENHAM target Diego Capel has declared his intention to stay in Spain with Sevilla.
Juande Ramos had hoped to lure his former protege to White Hart Lane in a big money deal.
However, the talented 20-year-old claims he would not be interested in a potential move.
Spurs had an offer knocked back by the Spanish side last week, and this revelation from Capel leaves the deal dead in the water.
The tricky left-winger told the Sevilla website: "Now I'm a Sevilla player and what I want to do is enjoy that.
"I hope to be here for a long time, certainly, because I won't listen to offers from other sides."
The Andalucian club will be delighted with the news as they have already lost two of their star attractions - Dani Alves and Seydou Keita - to La Liga rivals Barcelona.
