A mass outbreak of vomiting has turned the Spurs training complex into a no-go zone.
Up to 18 employees at the Premier League club have caught the virus.
Wilson Palacious and Vedran Corluka are the only first team players know to be infected at this stage.
The pair have until Sunday to recover, when Spurs take on Everton in the Premier League, at White Hart Lane.
The ground is free from infection at this time.
This latest incident has echoes of the norovirus mystery which hit the club in 2006.
Then, a number of players were struck down by the condition, which causes spontaneous vomiting.
