Spurs are back in the top four after a 2-1 win over Everton at White Hart Lane.
Goals from Roman Pavlyuchenko and Luka Modric gave the Lilywhites a 2-0 lead.
Although the Toffees pulled one back, Tottenham held on to take the points.
It was important Spurs did not lose this match, as a win for Everton could have put them in the running for a top-four finish.
Boss Harry Redknapp was pleased with the win and described it as an exciting clash.
Now he will turn his attention to the FA Cup.
Tottenham travel to Fulham on Saturday, looking for a place in the semi-finals.
