West Ham United's Robert Green and Tottenham Hotspur's Scott Parker in England team to face Norway

Spurs and West Ham are both represented in Roy Hogdson's first England team tonight.
Hammers keeper Robert Green starts in goal against Norway, while his former Upton Park team-mate Scott Parker has recovered from an Achilles problem to be named in midfield.
Tottenham's other member of the Euro 2012 squad, Jermain Defoe, is on the bench.
The match in Oslo is one of two friendlies before the championships start, with England returning to Wembley to face Belgium next Saturday.
