Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of completing a deal for Fulham midfielder Mousa Dembele.
A bid of £15 million from Spurs has triggered a release clause in the Belgium international’s contract and he was understood to have undergone a medical on Tuesday night.
Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has money to spend after Luka Modric joined Real Madrid on Monday for £33 million.
Spurs have also been linked with CSKA Moscow midfielder Alan Dzagoev, Joao Moutinho, Willian and Hugo Lloris.
