Courteney Cox says she's happier in her 40s than she was in her 20s.
"I'm much more comfortable in my own skin," the actress explained at a special Q and A for her comedy Cougar Town as part of the Paley Centre For Media's PaleyFest 2010 in LA.
The 45-year-old former Friends star added: "I'm not so wanting more and just happy with where I am."
In the sitcom, which begins on Living at the end of March, Courteney plays Jules Cobb, a recently divorced woman trying to re-enter the dating scene, which is filled with younger single men.
"Women love the show. I think it's very female-centric but I think now as the show's going on it's becoming more of an ensemble," she said.
Singer Sheryl Crow recently guest starred on the comedy, which earned Courteney her first Golden Globe nomination.
"She does three episodes and she was amazing. We've [also had] Lisa Kudrow, she was fantastic and hysterical," said the star.
