A MURDER investigation has been launched following the death of a Polish man in Tottenham on Wednesday evening.
The man, who is yet to be named, was found dead by emergency services at the back of Aldi supermarket, in High Road.
The victim, believed to be in his 40s, suffered a severe head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene at 9.40pm.
The Metropolitan Police's Homicide and Serious Crime Command is investigating the death. An incident room has been set up at Hendon under Detective Chief Inspector Tony Nash.
One man was arrested at the scene on Wednesday but a further ten arrests have now been made.
The 11 suspects, ten men and one woman, are in custody at various north London police stations.
Officers are working to establish the identity of the deceased and trace his next of kin. An inquest is due to open once this has been done.
