ASPIRING young actors and actresses will perform a show they created themselves in Haringey next month.
Haringey Shed young talent, based in Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Town Hall Approach, Tottenham, will take to the stage on December 5.
Thespians aged between 11 and 16, who form the inclusive theatre company's youth group, have come up with the story, songs, and choreography for A Gift and A Warning with support from professionals.
The story follows a group of teenagers who want to discover their inner talents but find the drawbacks that go along with them.
Company and outreach manager Lucy Clark said: "It's brilliant watching them work. They’re all so pro-active.
"They really want it to do well."
The announcement of the new show comes as Haringey Shed patron and Royle Family actress Sue Johnston collected her OBE at Buckingham Palace last week.
For more information about the show call Bernie Grant Arts Centre on 0208 365 5450
