Tottenham Hotspur Under-19s have secured top spot in their NextGen Series group after earning a 1-1 draw against Inter Milan.
A point was enough for Spurs to win the group but it was the Italian side who started the game the stronger and Tottenham keeper Jonathan Miles had to be alert to keep his side level.
But the Milan pressure finally told just before the quarter hour mark when full-back Simone Pecorini found space to slot home.
However, Tottenham quickly responded and levelled the game eight minutes later when a strike from Ivorian striker Souleymane Coulibaly was parried and Alex Pritchard reacted quickest to tap home from two yards.
Both sides continued to attack and Harry Kane came close to giving Spurs the win but his shot cannoned back off the post.
Neither team could find a winner and the result meant Spurs remained unbeaten in the group stage with four victories and two draws from their six games.
Tottenham will now face fellow English side Liverpool in the quarter final.
