A real-life ‘Del Boy' has been jailed for selling fake fashion brands.

Ivan Genis, 58, of Hendon Wood Lane, Barnet, sold imitations of big brands such as Nike, Adidas and Ralph Lauren from his White Hart Lane warehouse until he was caught in 2011.

Haringey Council’s trading standards team seized £73,000 worth of T-shirts and tracksuit bottoms when they raided Mr Genis’s premises.

Genis was jailed for ten months and ordered to pay £18,000 to the council at Wood Green Crown Court last month.
