Hundreds marched through Tottenham on Saturday to protest against the privatisation of the health service.
The People's March, beginning in Jarrow, passed through the borough on its way to Trafalgar Square.
People handed out banners and placards in NHS colours, while some wore t-shirts reading 'born in the NHS'.
