Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has confirmed further delays to its plans to build a new stadium adjacent to White Hart Lane.
In July the Secretary of State Eric Pickles approved the Compulsory Purchase Order in respect of the last remaining land to be acquired for the site.
However, today the club announced that landowners Archway Sheet Metal Works Ltd had exercised its right to challenge the decision in the High Court.
As a result the club says the stadium will not now be completed for the start of 2017/18 season as previously planned.
