A heart disease charity is appealing for donations as part of its Bag It Beat It campaign.
The British Heart Foundation is collecting bags of unwanted items in Wood Green Mall to raise money for congenital heart disease research.
The appeal was launched by the Mayor of Haringey, Councillor Kaushika Amin, last Friday.
Craig Higgins, of Mall Wood Green Mall, said: “We are all guilty at some point in our lives of having cupboards full to the brim with items.
"So, why not make life easier, clear out the cupboards and join in the Bag It. Beat It. campaign and help fund life-saving research into congenital heart disease."
